One thing I have noticed over the years that worries my foreign clients is whether the windows will close well or the walls will be too thin. That is, the quality of the construction.
Whatever country you come from, you should know that in Spain we are obliged to comply with many regulations. So many, that I would not be surprised if soon we would define the quality standard of the European Union.
